"Very rude employee tonight. Barked at me when I was picking out balloons that were supposedly employees only, which is fine, but definitely an easy mistake…as there’s no sign or barrier distinguishing them from the rest of the products in the store. Just very needlessly rude right off the bat. There’s a nice way of telling people things and that definitely was not it."

"Had nothing on the shelves for brooms or mops. My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom. It was locked with a sign stating to get the key from register 1. Went to ask the cashier she said " its not open to the public and the sign is old. It needs to be taken down". 1st Dollar tree I've been to that won't let a child use the toilet."

"Staff member (maybe manager) was rude to an older woman who did not speak the best English. She was looking for a wire brush and the staff member rudely said “it’s in the kitchen aisle” and the customer was trying to explain something to her and the staff member cut her off and rose her voice and said “Well then we don’t have it!!! SORRY” and then basically laughed in her face. Staff member then went to the carts, huffing and puffing and said “I don’t get people” (aka not push the carts all the way in) and proceeded to aggressively/loudly push the carts in. Not fair to the other staff members there. They seemed uncomfortable. Makes for a hostile work environment."

"First time visiting a Dollar Tree I'm quite surprised that everything was at $1.25 with almost $40 buy was significant bargain. Too bad my country will never have these kind of stores"

"Smaller store with limited selections. Customer service is abysmal. Restrooms are locked and had to stand in a check out line to get to the register to request a key then again to check out. They keep it locked to help keep it clean...Oh Wait... No they dont it was filthy. As a man who didnt need to touch much of the room to get things done I was STILL pretty grossed out and used a ton of wetnaps in the car afterwards.. This store should be overhauled or written off. As a Google reviewer I dont post negative comments without thinking about it first, but this experience deserves to be called out."
