"This place was absolutely dirty and the beds so uncomfortable with springs protruding through the mattress I have terminal cancer in my bones and this place was horrible. Offered I mini shampoo dirty place such a waste of money. I went with my Son and I wouldn't again go there. Place was a nightmare. Save your money don't stay at this place."
"The room was clean, beds comfy, and the kitchenette came in handy. The price for the room per night was high. A three night stay was $600 and change. Breakfast was slim with coffee, oatmeal, and fruit. Next time, we'll pick a hotel with a full breakfast and forego the kitchenette."
"It was okay. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The entire lobby had some very awkward smell. They only serve on the go breakfast. It was not satisfied stay. We stayed for 4 days. Asked for room service on 3rd day, and they said they don't provide it. They do every 2 weeks. So it was very rude if the customer asked for a change of towels and bed sheets they don't do it. I felt like it would have been better. I would have stayed in other places. I will not suggest anyone here. Staff was also kind of that way. They don't care about the guests.!!"
"The good: Bed was reasonably comfortable, overall appearance was okay. Not a luxury hotel, but good for what it is. TV worked okay. Shower had decent temperature and pressure. Didn't make use of the kitchenette facilities during my stay The bad: Bathroom light turns on bathroom fan which was rather loud. TV a little on the small side, kind of had to sit on the floor to watch it at a good angle. Shower/tub bottom showing a little wear. The ugly: Bugs. There were at least 3 bugs I found (Western Conifer Seed Bugs maybe?) The first one, fine whatever. It was crawling in the bed, and ick, but whatever. But then the next night I felt one crawling on my arm and found another one hanging out on the curtain of the room. Also, while the hotel is non-smoking, and I'm sure has been for some time, the room has a distinct stale cigarette smoke scent. Very noticeable when entering the room, but I, at least, could get used to it after some time. Also thin, coarse toilet paper is unpleasant."
"Right down the road from everything you need. Highway is close but not close enough to bother you in your room at night. Jody at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked. Also quick to help when it came to it. The room I was in needs a little work but the showers are warm and good pressure, clean surfaces and counters. Beds were fresh. The only issues were the chairs were a little uncomfortable and were in need of repair/replacement."
