"Amazing customer service, and I’m not even a customer yet! The guy I spoke with about potentially repairing my 15-year-old treadmill was incredibly helpful. He could have charged me $$$ for repair but suggested I buy new online (i.e. not from General Fitness Maine) because all I need is residential not commercial.
