"They are often filled with so many people. All the staff here are amazing and super nice and friendly. Always willing to help, whether it holding an item aside to pickup later that day (or tomorrow morning), or helping input a misbehaving coupon. Even though they're often overrun with customers (not all of them nice!), these ladies are so good under pressure with busy lines and (some) rude customers. Absolute props to those who work here. You're absolutely amazing, recognized, and so appreciated by many of the customers you help every day. I hope you don't ever forget that♥️♥️♥️❤ The store itself is well-stocked and super organized and clean. It is always an enjoyable shopping experience, and they do their best to keep the lines quick and efficient, while still tending to everyone's individual questions and needs!"

"Edited 01/23/2024 The store has been much more reliable and I have been pleased with the employees all along. I might have been a bit unfair in my earlier review, it's a different world post co-vid and I realize that places still have difficulty filling all of their staffing needs.The current employees seem willing to help out those that are regular customers. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker for $10, and have actually been fairly impressed with it's performance. It's not the best, but it's great for those that struggle to get by."

"Very poor customer service, my wife waited over 5 minutes to get checked out with no line because an employee was sitting on the floor behind the counter on her computer, completely ignoring her store, as she awaited a coworker who was busy with a different task to take notice and ring up my wife. Very disappointed in customer service and appreciation."

"When I first shopped at this location's Family Dollar, I was excited and bought something I needed. I have been shopping there very constantly to buy food, dish soap, various other hygiene products, and some household goods that my home needs. As of today, the clerk behind the cash register was of no-help. I was hoping if the vitamins I was about to buy are Vitamin D supplements, he insulted me by telling me to figure it out---a phrase I hated, and it offended me. I told him not to tell me to figure blah blah blah out again. I would like to have him fired for being of no help, but that would be too easy. But I can assure you that wasn't the first offence I've seen. There was a dispute over a return policy in front of me while I was waiting in the checkout line, and I thought I defended him. But the reason why I give two stars was only because of today. I would've given it a five or at least a four due to 12 pack sodas, full gallons of milk, and affordable food are always available. Which is more than I can say about the milk going past the expiration date and not being resolved at all."
