"Waiting to get a new refrigerator replaced. Everyone I've talked to has been nice BUT no one can call me back with a status update. It's been a month and I have to track down manager after manager who give great lip service but fail to EVER call me back. Just replace the noisy fridge that's six months old. Frustrating!! Just found out that we have to buy another fridge $1,800 and wait for it to be delivered and then this one to be returned to get a refund for the exchange. Apparently that's a Lowe's policy. Absolutely crazy it's like we're getting punished for Lowe's selling us a faulty fridge we have to dish out an extra $1800 and then wait to get it back. Punishing the consumer is interesting."

"I really like Lowes. They have a very large assortment of items that I've needed. The store is always so clean and the employees are always so helpful. All of the materials that I've used from Lowe's have been good quality items and even if I do have to return something their return policy is very good. The stores are very well lit and the items seem to be located in intuitive sections so that you're able to find things on your own. I shop at Lowe's quite often not only for my business but also for family and would recommend that others come and Shop here as well."
