The manager on staff here made a terrible day just a little bit sweeter with pure kindness and professionalism. Above and beyond, vip service doesn’t even begin to describe our encounter, which involved getting some gifts to my mother who lives locally (I now live in Atlanta). I was absolutely blown away.
