"I received an order with items that I didn't purchase, and when I called customer service, they told me that, "the item is out of stock." Instead of emailing me to let me know, and not charging me for the item - it seems like they're just trying to get stuff out the door so they can "refund" you, while getting you on their mailing list... what a scam. Used to love them, but will not be ordering from them again."

"i walked into the store at 6 and was told they had just closed at 6 upon entering (google says 7pm). i mentioned that i was just coming in for a pickup order and the associate was kind enough to let me pick my item up even though they had closed. i didn’t get their name but if you’re reading this, thank you! this store can be a hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for, but overall great store with great associates"

"I’ve never been someone to write a review, but I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service at UO Portland & the item I purchased last month. I spent almost $40 on a crochet purse and it completely fell apart/unraveled within 2 weeks. When I called last week and brought it in to the store I was told I would not receive any store credit or get my money back, and would only be able to purchase an item of $14.99 value (more if I wanted to pay the difference!), being that that is the current price of the purse online. I called the customer support line and was told I did NOT need a receipt and that customers should NEVER be expected to keep a defective item. This was not upheld by the in-store employees."
