"EDIT: After the second historical amount of flooding , and the way it has been handled for the safety of the residents, I wish I could give living here ZERO stars. I do not recommend living here unless it is your only option. Cost of living here is exponentially high, and seemingly getting higher with each unit posted for rent. The cleanliness and appearance could be better for what you are paying. Air quality is also not great, if you suffer from allergens. My unit you cannot open the windows. There is more qualms, but bottom line this is not worth it."
