"Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The older gentleman that was at the desk the night we checked in, Terry maybe, was especially kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, pearl sugar waffles were delicious."

"Perfect spot for us. My husband was doing some training for the State of Maine and this property was close by. Upgraded to a King Suite and that was appreciated. Guest laundry was clean and the machines were clean as well. Good breakfast with lots of options. Coffee/tea in the lobby for most of the day. Lots of restaurants nearby."

"We had a perfect stay. Check-in with Eric was easy and he gave us lots of great brewery and resto recommendations for the area. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it was clean and quiet. My partner made use of the on-site gym and the free breakfast and parking were great. We only had a short stop in Augusta but we will pass through again and would love to stay at this hotel when we do."

"The exterior of the building looks nice. The parking lot is decent. Everything looks fantastic on the first floor The staff is incredibly nice. The hallway of my room is in was a little beat up and looks stated. Wow very nice, my room was extremely dated in certain regards. Though the beds were extremely comfy. Surprisingly the TV was on when I came in with a welcoming message. It even had my name on it. It looked like they offered Netflix, but you had to log in with your own account to use it"
