"I’m going to expose this place so that nobody else suffers what I’ve had to endure. Over the last five months my neighbor has been blasting his music incredibly loudly for most of the day. I first asked him politely to turn it down just a little (I work at home and have Autism and also PTSD so I can’t work with super loud noise) He didn’t listen and has done it since to get under my skin. Most of the neighbors are wonderful people but the owner is a truly evil person. My doctor wrote a note asking for a simple accommodation for me because of the noise and he of course ignored it and hasn’t done anything even though my parents have also done all they can. I’ve been more than an ideal tenant to say the least but the owner and his son are heartless people who have no conscience at all and if you think that’s all, there’s so much more. I’m not going to even get into the fraud this company is and all that they get away with. It’s starting to come back around already; please read the bad reviews on here. I just saw a new and fake good review from the owner’s family member! This place is getting their karma and people are starting to speak up; I’m literally close to having a heart attack caused by the stress of living here. The people in charge are pure evil, nothing more to be said."

"There were a few problem tenants who were evicted while we were there, thank goodness! They have a good community of people now, making the space more comfortable. Everything is included which is very convenient and short term leases for those looking to move to Maine temporarily for nursing work and housing. Very lucky they had a room available when I was looking, they are usually full!"

"No words to describe the lack of communication and care.. WiFi barely works, heat doesn’t work all together.. showers are all over the place. Have nothing good to say about the place other than it’s a roof… man keeps his dumpster locked… tenants assumably all use the neighboring hotels dumpster? Also the absolute FILTH this place was when I got here is insanity! I wish I took photos but I went through a whole container of Clorox wipes, had to remove stains on the couch… it’s now blanketed! Stains all over the kitchen and bathroom. It was hours of being Cinderella I swear.. nonetheless still no reply from Mr Landlord about issues we’re facing.. seriously save yourselves the headache especially if you work in the medical field and need stable connection for paying clients!"

"My significant other and I moved here a little while ago because she is completing a doctorate degree program out here. Upon further investigation this place is a complete scam and the landlord is a conman don’t let him fool you! It is advertised that the apartment would have “high speed internet” in which when we were signing papers he slipped in “oh well you might not have good signal in the bedroom”… As previously stated my partner needs good WiFi for her schooling/job and the WiFi here barely works EVER. We have tried meticulously to get ahold of the landlord but he dodges everything you say unless he feels the need to respond. Also I’m pretty sure he lives part time in one of the units on site?? Another thing wrong is the water goes from freezing to boiling in a flash so I hope yall like unpredictable showers! We paid this man all months rent upfront and can’t even get him to respond. Unprofessional, careless, and KEEPS THE DUMPSTER LOCKED assumably for personal use?? Things are terrible here nonetheless! Would not recommend for price!"

"I spent my first summer in Maine at Capri Apartments. Units were well maintained, the Highspeed Internet was reliable. Lots of great places to eat and shop close by. Staff and neighbors were friendly and the convenience of the on-site laundry made staying there a breeze. 10 out of 10. Will return!"
