"They were nice, at first, to my mother in helping her find a place to rent and told her to come up with the security deposit. While she was doing that, they gave the apartment to someone else. They didnt even give her time to get the money nor did they tell her they gave the apartment to someone else until she called to talk to them and they told her and then just hung up on her. They are very unprofessional and I will never use them to rent an apartment from. Be careful if you decide to because they could blind side you too."

I’m assuming he’s definitely the same person. Idk, just very fortunate, to have an apartment with them."

"Worst Landlord and Management Company in the State!!! Do not rent from these monsters you will regret it as they have no souls. Rude, Mean, Demanding and Intimidating. They will treat you like you are garbage and take your money anyway. Most humans, if raised and socialized properly will display an innate desire to help others but the feral children of the corn working at Apartment Mart only wish to prey on others much like a sociopath. Think of the worst customer service experience you have ever had and multiply it by 1000, that is Apartment Mart!!!"

"My husband and I rented with Apartment Mart for four years on Pleasant Avenue. They were always friendly and inviting when you walked in. Kay was always there anwsering our questions. I truly enjoyed renting with this company. The apartment was reasonably priced for Portland, especially with Portland's rental prices skyrocketing!!"

"We have live in Apartment Mart apartments for over 5 years now. They are some of the most honest straight forward management we have delt with. They handle the large amount of work orders and tenent needs in a timely manner and are always able to honestly answer any questions we have. Maddy is always on top of any issue we have and Kay is always willing to be flexible (within reason) with the things we needed lease wise. They have been so caring and wonderful the whole time we have lived with them, we are sad we can't take them with us when we move out of state!"
