"Rude staff, I was in the middle of application process when they switched management for the apartment I was at the top of the list for. had to do my application twice AND it still has been over 4 months only for them not to send the emails and paperwork they said they would. Didn’t hear from them, then get a letter saying I don’t meet requirements? I’m a single mom struggling to pay rent. Barely make enough to pay my current rent and have 0 help but I don’t meet their requirements? I literally am the requirement for subsidized housing. Also love that they had my social security numbers and birth certificates, all my personal info without me giving it to them or my consent to the other property management. But they could not get my actual application. Ridiculous and illegal"
