"Took a tour with a friend looking at senior housing needs. Extremely clean and very well managed. Warm and inviting common spaces. Available units are immaculate and rent ready. Nice amenities and in a great downtown location near plenty of activities, restaurants and services. Everything in one place. Water views of pretty canal with ducks, the Rumford Falls and/or the Androscoggin River. Very quiet building."

"The perfume smell from the carpeting is nauseating. The carts for the tenants to transport their goods when dropped off are too small. Who took away their big carts. That was a bad idea."
