"The Silverton Sporting Ranch is a cute little gem that's off the beaten path. Just about every item on the menu is homemade. I had the pulled pork nachos, they warm the chips and cheese right on the grill. They have a selection of sauces made in house. Apple rum is a great sauce. Their selection of beer and wine is pretty good. You can eat inside surrounded by the log-cabin like interior, eat outside or get your food to go. I will definitely be returning soon!"

"We visited the silverton bar n bbq and the food was delicious, great flavor to all the different meats chicken pulled pork, bacon and ribs and your choice of their own BBQ sauces! Prices are on point for products and you have your choice of indoor or outdoor dining with a beautiful view of the horses and lovely outdoor setting! Only thing I would change is that I'm sure with starting some of these products so early in the day that come time for closing the meals seemed like they weren't as hot as I would have liked temperature wise and their sporks are a bit odd and harder to eat the food with..otherwise an amazing visit and we will return possibly earlier in the day!!"

"I was also part of a large group who spent the weekend at the Ranch and I had a fantastic time. Denise (the owner) was warm and welcoming from the second we stepped on the property. We arrived later in the evening and she took us straight to our cabins and already had firewood stacked for us for the evening and told us not to hesitate if we needed more. We spent the entire next day shooting on the trap field, or hunting pheasant in individual break out groups. Denise and her assistant were extremely patient with our group that ranged from experienced shooters to some who had never handled a weapon. She made the safety rules clear in the beginning, showed us the basics and then let us progress on our own. If we had any questions or concerns she was always right there to help and offer some insight. The hunt was great, groups of 3 went out with Denise and one of her pointers to locate the birds. We searched the grounds for the birds for probably an hour to and hour and a half. The meals were excellent also. Denise served restaurant quality food the entire trip from eggs, and hash brown stir fry in the morning to ribs and beer can chicken in the evening. I can't wait to get back up to Silverton. Denise is an excellent host and the grounds were beautiful. Looking forward to scheduling another trip up at some point."

"We stayed for 2 nights as a large group for a bachelor party. We all had an incredible time. The food was excellent, the cabins were cozy, and the experience was fantastic. Once the fog rolled out in the morning, we started with safety basics, and clay target practice. Then groups went off to do their hunts. There was a wide spectrum of experience in our group of 11, including a few who had not handled a firearm before. Denise did a great job of tailoring the experience for each of us so that we all got something new out of it. The facility is gorgeous. They had a wide variety of trap machines, and in hunting downtime, we took down a lot of clays. In between, we had 3 square meals which were all delicious, and definitely hit the spot. In the evening we enjoyed the camp fire and wandered the grounds. Our group is enthusiastic about returning (in different seasons to try new things)."

"Went here for my buddies bachelor party for skeet shooting for one day and it was a BLAST!!! Denise was a ton of fun and a great instructor. We had never been shooting before, but I will probably end up going back for my bachelor party. She did an amazing job of preaching the importance of safety while still letting us enjoy ourselves. I would recommend coming here for their clay shooting to anybody."
