"Went in yesterday to buy my Grandson an outfit. He hadn’t been measured since before Covid, so I thought this is the place to be. After being ignored for 20 minutes, finally had to get someone from the back room where they were hanging out. Literally 2 hours and 325.00 later, left with what we needed. Substandard, over priced, frustrating experience. Never again. Word to the wise. Always check reviews first. Never again!"

"The store is average and sells discounted reasonably priced suits and other related items. The service is reasonably good and selection reasonably good. They are right in the middle of the mall . And I went to some other stores but this one was the most reasonable of them all. I think you should wait for sales. The person doing the customized. Love the suits is very talented and knows what she's doing. There's plenty of parking and when you go there you can always see them all that has been superbly reconstructed and really published. I would certainly recommend a store"

"I have been to the men's wearhouse many times due to being involved in a wedding party and needing to rent a suit or tuxedo. I also have purchased clothing and a suit from them. I recently was the best man in a wedding. I went to pick up suit on designated day and try the suit on to make sure everything was good. I did not remove anything from the suit bag, the staff performs that along with bagging everything back up after the try on. When wedding day arrived my suit bag did not have the bow tie that was requested by the groom. Everyone thought it would be appropriate to call the location I picked suit up from to inform them of this mistake. I was told not to worry I won't be charged for the bow tie I never even had in my possession. Thanks for that. No big deal that you guys failed to give me a complete suit that I paid for and it's fine that I looked different then everyone else because I didn't have all the items I paid to rent. Great customer service on making your failure no big deal. I came in personally to return suit and talk more about the situation to someone in the store but was left in the same position because apparently no one can do anything about it. Thanks mens wearhouse I will definitely remember this experience and make sure to sway future suit rentals elsewhere."

"Didn’t know my shirt size and after fumbling around at other stores decided to come here and get measured. Friendly employee quickly came over and measured me. Size he recommended fit perfectly. Employee at checkout was very friendly. All in all good price and was not a long process. Will shop here again."
