"took over 20 minutes for my pickup order, would’ve been easier to go inside with two kids. then a case of water was tossed directly on a loaf of bread. will be continuing to use target to go from now on"

"I used to love going to this Walmart, but lately it’s been a horrible experience. They pickup system is horrible. I’ve had to spend hours parked outside and when I finally have an employee come out they tell me they don’t have my order ready even after I had received an email saying it was ready 2 hours prior. They are disrespectful and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience. They always cancel half of the stuff I order and when I go in the store everything is available. I’ve tried to contact them in order to get a refund for the items I’ve had canceled and they never answer and other times they simply don’t give me the money back for over a month."

"Rarely ever leave reviews but DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, one more time…DO NOT come to this walmart. Drive 2+ hours if you have to. This Walmart is a disaster. Employees dont do their jobs, very very rude. Long story short i waited 4 hours…yes 4 hours in the “pickup” section after they told me to park in a spot and wait. Which i did. Throughout the 4 hours i kept getting told i was “next”…lie. Went up to a young spanish employee and asked and she was so so so rude as if i was inconveniencing her…well i have been waiting to pick up my items for 4 hours now. Told me to go somewhere else and that it wasnt her problem. Also told me “we assumed you left”??? You ASSUMED i left? Ive been waiting and asking employees every hour. Then she cancelled my order. Waste of 4 hours. I would pay someone to not shop here. DO NOT GIVE THIS WALMART BUSINESS."

"They were mediocre at best, but today when I did a grocery pickup they gave me a box of OPENED diapers with a diaper missing even. Disgusting. I get boxes can open on accident, but opening the plastic around the diapers & taking 1 is not ok. They also gave me MOLDY strawberries and 2 bags of carrots that have a sell by date of the next day. Most stores will mark down produce when it has about 3 days by the best by date & not give it to the pickup people. I only returned 1 bag because I can try to use up 1 by the end of the day, but they’re already looking all dried out and gross."
