"bizarre experience in this store. their stock was extremely limited, which i guess can’t be helped. the thing that *can* be helped is customer experience. there were probably 6 other people in there along with myself. the only store associate who greeted/said goodbye to anybody was the man working at the cash register. a group of women in matching lulu outfits were gathered in the middle of the store loudly chatting and ignoring customers. (i mention the matching lulu outfits because that was the only thing that indicated that they even worked there lol). i saw two girls shopping and overheard them discussing something specific they were looking for, but they weren’t even able to ask an employee where it was, because the women working were so engrossed in gossiping about other lulu employees. do betterrrr"

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a lululemon store. There were 6 associates out which 4 were busy and 2 of them were standing and chatting with each other. Never did they approach my partner and I to ask if we were looking for anything specific. We were finally helped by an associate who had just wrapped up helping another customer. Is this the level of professionalism that I should expect from a store which prides itself for premium clothing."

"This is the closest location nearby, and each time I come in I’m always pleasantly surprised. The staff is always so KIND! Today I came in to exchange a few items with my sister and got helped by Olivia who was so kind. She ensured I got what I needed and helped me pick out a new style to try. She even helped my sister pick out some things to try. I’ve had a wonderful experience with this location in the past as well with hemmings. Always so helpful. I’ll be coming back to this location again for sure."

"The staff at this location is SO kind! I went in with my husband and three kids today which was a little chaotic. The girl working the fitting room gave my toddlers dry erase markers to draw while I tried things on. Everyone in the store was so friendly and so helpful when it came to sizing and general product knowledge. I usually shop online, but I’ll make the trip in after this stellar service."
