"I was standing in line to make a return, and for no reason the associate talked to me very rude. I was very confused and she just took care of the customer after me. I guess she was not in a good mood today. Very rude and unprofessional. She is tall and had long braids on her hair. "It opened at 10 and the first dress I found I ended up buying. I did try on 10 dresses a size 14. The selection was fantastic! I needed it for my son's wedding and could not believe the selection in a multitude of colors. I would suggest any size try here for a dress first"

"My last visit was met with a very rude cashier - Mary. That accounts for the score. She was unrepentant. On the past. I liked it more and the service was much better. All it takes is one rotten apple to place me in this position and she did. Otherwise, the rating would be higher. They have a nice collection of clothes and beauty products. The costs vary. The sales are generally good and frequent. But Mary left me anxious and uncomfortable. She should be terminated. Notably Macy's does not respond. I was there yesterday, and it was reasonably busy especially in beauty products customer service. Having criticized before, I have also been treated well by others. I thought I would add some attractive pictures."
