"First let me say that I was not welcomed, or asked to be assisted with by either of the 2 women that were in the store. Mind you there were no other customers in the store, and the phone was not ringing. Then both proceeded to the backroom of the store, leaving me to roam the store for whatever it was that I needed. They acted like they could care less. Then, I decided to order online because they did not have my size in stock in-store. WHAT A JOKE! I paid 70.95 to get overnight express shipping.. it is now 3 count them.... 3 days later and customer service has given me the run around. I finally got tracking today.. 3 days later, and they are set to arrive Monday. I ordered them LAST Wednesday!! I am very disappointed in both the customer service within and online with this company. I will NEVER shop here again."

"They have almost nothing for cooks and chefs there....For being such a small store it is packed with so many things you could hardly get around. Mostly scrubs and tactical stuff. At least the lady working there was pleasant or at least cordial compared to what I used to run into in there. I wound up going online for chef jackets and pants.. Work N Gear falls short again.. I guess they figure if they can't sell a pair of pants for $68 it's just not worth having anything for food service hanging on the shelves.. you can't make much money off $24 pants I suppose.. The restaurant or food service stuff is in the back right corner of the store.. a little 4 ft section of generic look black chef pants and a few chef jackets.. the rest of the store scrubs, and tactical wear as well as stuff construction workers might wear or policemen possibly.. I noticed that about that story years ago.. I thought a little may have changed.. definitely not"

"Very professional and experience employees. Able to assist in finding what I was looking for. Very enthusiastic staff who show that they are excellent at working in retail, sales,, and customer service. I always leave happy!"

"Great selection of scrubs! If there's something that they don't have in-store they're always willing to order it for you. This location has some of the nicest employees out of all the Work 'N Gear stores I've been to, they really go above and beyond for their customers."
