"I purchased a piece at one location in MASS that was seamless, came into this location for a different purchase, and the sales rep was the most confused person I ever met. He was an ilder gentleman. It honestly seemed he was either medicated or just plain out of it. He got absolutely everything wrong, took forever to keep asking his manager things, caused the woman in financing to have redo the entire contract. We would've liked to have actually spoken to the manager when we were leaving about this but of course he made no eye contact with us as we passed him. It felt he was polite and attentive during the sale but absent once it was over. Mission accomplished I guess."
