"I normally don’t do this but given my recent interaction with an employee named Marcus, I felt obligated to share. I went in for a simple exchange, I needed a larger size. I explained this to Marcus and he acted as though he understood. He processed this transaction but when I looked at the receipt all he did was do a return … I reminded him that I wanted the larger size. He then tried charging me even more for the sneaker! This employee not only disregarded what I needed but lacked any sort of customer service skills. He failed to work with me on this and was rude so I left. I went to Finishline and not only did they empathize with me due to the mistreatment at Champs they were able to get me a discount. Champs should take a lesson from Finishline…Champs lost a loyal customer! Customer Service Matters!"
