Reviews
"Beautiful and calming on a rainy day. Many trails to chose and not busy, only saw one other person."
"Eel pond?!? New one for me. Lovely woods walk for mushroom scouting in the fall."
"Small amount of parking. It's just one trail loop around a pond. Unfortunately there wasn't much to see besides geese while I was there."
"Great loop to take a family hike and reconnect with nature. Took an active 4 yr old and 7 yr old and we did the loop in 1:15"
"Found this place by chance when looking for a short walk. The entrance is slightly hidden and there is limited parking. However, it is well worth going as you get a feel for how the natural area should be. The paths quickly take you away from everything so it does feel different. We didn't spot any wildlife but there was a lot of fungi, lichens and other plants to interest us. There are a number of side paths to explore as well, although some are slightly overgrown. It would have been nice to get down to the lake edge and have a view, but there was too much in the way. If you are after a short trek back to nature, then give it a go."
