"People that didn't have scheduled rooms were getting rooms before us and they had the biggest line with one new person running the front desk. We reserved a room, the room was ok but not good. The water park we couldn't even breath or open our eyes It was so bad. My kids who don't get coughing fits couldn't stop coughing, it was that bad. Then they were supposed to have a movie at 8 no one came to put it on so we tried and my mom called the front desk no one ever came by 820 the three families left including us. The beds were so uncomfortable I couldn't move the next day the kids who are 7 and twins that are 6 were complaining. Then they didn't even have an up to date call log. This was the worst experience we have ever had. The only bonus was the heat lamp to dry the bathing suits. Unless they update their ventilation in the pool areas I don't recommend going here!!!! We stayed January 27-28th our check out was 11 we checked out at like 8 or 9. We weren't the only families complaining, it was bad!!!"

"This resort is described to be luxurious and it was the complete opposite. When arriving to my room the sheets had brown stains and the shower water was coming out brown. The rooms are very outdated and dark. The women at front desk stated this is due to some rooms being vacant longer than others and advised us to run the water for sometime an it should come out clearer. Eventually the water did run clear. There is a lot of construction going on in the resort, however it is in a great location very close to food places, and any other necessities that you may need during your stay."

"Where do I begin! The room was cheesy with sheets that don’t fit and dirty. The bathroom had broken pieces hanging around. The table was dirty. Wait…..the water park was so chemicals the eyes burned and the kids had asthma attacks. Seriously the slides weren’t open. It truly was a bust. We went to see the one thing they offered in a small room and there was no one to start the movie. Seriously a super disappointment! Will never go back again."

"Overall we had a good time. We paid for a birthday surprise in the room which was not received and the water park closed in one area or another or entirely at least 4 times during our stay. The birthday girl still had fun but the overall experience could have been better."
