"Unfortunately, I left two new clothing items behind in the closet. It happens, guests are tired and often recovering from jet lag, most hotels are accustomed to guests leaving things. I was told that the items were not in the room, when I inquired which room was checked I was told a different room on a completely different floor. A simple check into our stay could have avoided this. Then I was told that nothing was left behind and there were new guests occupying the room. We just checked out yesterday, I called last night when I got home after flying cross country (no one answered the phone after several attempts) and then again this morning. In my conversation this afternoon with a front desk staff member I was met with a rude and belittling response. As if I were in the wrong to question their response and procedures. I am left wondering what happened to these two items that I forgot to repack into my luggage."

"Great spot on the Cape. Breakfast was fresh and never over crowded. Nice and clean facilities. Bed was a little too hard for my liking, sadly. I'm also disappointed most hotels are reducing more and more their housekeeping services. Only 3 days a week, now at this hotel. We ran out of toilet paper. The street location is a little silly as you have no choice but to turn right out of the hotel and U-Turns are a little tricky at the traffic lights."
