"WE HAD THREE ITEMS REUPHOLSTERED . The upholstry work done by the workers is great. HOWEVER, WHEN A PROBLEM IS ENCOUNTERED, NO ONE CALLS THE CLIENT FOR INPUT. THEY DO THEIR OWN THING, AND WHEN THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS WRONG, THE FRONT ROOM PEOPLE BLAME THE CLIENT. THE FRONT ROOM PEOPLE WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDESENDING. THE TIME FOR REPAIR WAS DOUBLE THE PROMISED TIME. A simple job can perhaps done ,but redoing a prized antique item would be a concern."
