"We had a great experience at the Hyannis Sleep Number store. The sales person, Jake was fantastic! He was not pushy at all, was very knowledgeable about the products he showed us and did not try to get us to buy something we didn’t want. He also helped us work within our budget. The sleep assessment device worked well to help us figure out our correct Sleep Number settings. Overall, it was a great purchase experience for us. I would highly recommend Jake to friends and family."

"Was not a good experience. Went in for a quote on a bed for our son. They gave us a written quote and then said they would give us a 10% discount off the quote. My wife came in 2 days later to buy and the sales guy convinced my wife that the 10% was already included in the quote (which it wasn’t as I doubled checked the price vs the website) and then he added another remote (which we had no use for). When she brought the receipt home I called them about it. They sales guy hung up on me twice and was magically occupied when I called black a 3rd time 1 second later. I talked with another guy abt the issue who took the second remote off (good), said he fixed it and gave me a price , which I confirmed with him twice. Then I asked him to send me a corrected invoice. More than 24 hrs later, after still not getting a new confirmation I called the 800 number to verify the new price, which was not the price the guy the day before repeated twice. We called the store back and still didn’t get satisfaction. Will not buy from them again, even though we like the product. They are either inept or…."

"The store was great and super helpful. But the bed and customer service leave a lot to be desired. 3 years into buying our bed, we’re getting rid of it and it hurts! Way too expensive to be left with a noisy and deflating bed. The base on my side of the bed is soooo loud, and my husband wakes up daily with a deflated bed. It’s impossible to speak to someone and you’re always left watching videos on their page to fix it yourself, and they are useless. Money down the drain, not worth the purchase! I will never again trust a fancy air mattress."

No hard sell - he listened and taught us about the different features on the beds and assisted is in making a decision.
