"We bought a couch and two chairs from Cardis in Hyannis many months ago. We picked out our fabric for our couch and had it delivered a couple months later. No issues with the delivery but the fabric and stitching were horrendous on the couch. The quality was so poor it didn't even look like the couch we purchased. We filed a complaint and they came to the house a month or more later and tried to see if they could make it better but it was clear it came poor quality and the material size was too large. Nothing happened from Cardi's for several more weeks so I called and filed another complaint and they have totally blown me off. No call backs, no exchange, no refund and it's been months. I'm going to have to go the news 7 or news 5 consumer help avenues. Poor quality, poor service."
