"I was measured for a rental suit at there store in Hyannis for my daughter's wedding. The suit coat came in 3 sizes to small. The Manger remeasured and promised an arrival time two days later. Time was critical as l needed to be on the road to get to the rehearsal dinner on time. That did not happen. I was a day late in the return and the same manager had the nerve to try and charge me an additional fee. When I complained about the suit mix up she replayed. Mistakes happen. I said if that's the case then I would back charge her the same amount. She never apologized and finally agreed not to charge me an additional fee. I will never go back."

"I would never recommend using mens wearhouse for anything. I had a new employee measure me and mess it up and then I had another employee tell me that I should just use a belt to tighten my insanely baggy pants (the pants did not have a belt loop). It was the worst rental service I have ever seen it was almost impressive"
