"The team at this Walgreens is just the best. Everyone goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service and a great experience. These guys all work hard and it shows. Knowledgeable, friendly and capable. Thanks for always saying hello Cathy and Owen and knowing where everything is. Pamela and her staff at the pharmacy helped me transition a complicated Rx with several parts from another location and with my new insurance. I was just about to run out of the medicine. Meant the world to me to get it all on track again. Thank you guys!"

"Horrible!!’, every previous reviews 1 star review, (would be -10) is 100% true, they close at the drop of a hat, you never know if you can pick up your scripts, many people need their meds NOW!!! not on their time!! They can’t keep anything strait, Very rude Pharmacist and Manager and basically clueless. Time to get the state involved as Walgreens is having major problems throughout the whole state!!!!!"

"I am so fed up with walgreens I keep having problems with the pharmacy and the pharmacist at this walgreens are so rude and for a about 4 months I kept making appointments cause I'm due for a tetanus shot and they kept canceling my appointment and I have important medications and a lot of times when I try to fill them online I see something that says they are temporary closed I'm switching to the pharmacy in my doctor's office. Then this old guy who works at the front of the store is really creepy"

"I just had a prescription phoned into this Walgreens. I stepped out for 15 minutes while the prescription was being filled. When I returned - everyone behind the pharmacy counter then engaged in a heated conversation about whether or not they were going to be reimbursed for their travel... another consumer in line told me they had just received a phone call telling her to close the Pharmacy because they were needed to help at another store. As I suspected - there is no notice on the website indicating that the Pharmacy at Walgreens Marston's Mills is closed for the day Wednesday, September 21st as of 10 am! I was just lucky I went there directly after my appointment. I guess they don't care about anyone who has their prescriptions that need to be picked up today - or any providers who call in any prescriptions today! Maybe CVS cares more about the community?"
