"After reading all the glowing reviews about this company, I searched several more times to be sure I had the right one to review. My experience was a good deal different than the ones already written. While the job got done, it was not seamless, smooth or stress free. On the day of closing, timing was delayed by more than 1.5 hours. This left 2 realtors, the seller and myself, sitting in a conference room, unable proceed any further. When the closer finally arrived ,we were told that staffing was stretched thin and that the person covering the appointment had to complete closings in Maine, Concord and Rochester.The delay required me to postpone moving in to my new house and cost me additional storage fees. Fortunately, I have family in the area or the cost of a hotel would have been added. I was told that I would receive compensation for the additional storage costs and have not been contacted yet to make arrangements for that. I'm happy for the customers that had pleasant dealings with this company, but that was not my experience."
