"Update: I emailed the email they provided and got no response (so my guess is corporate does not care that much either).The service that they told me that I needed was unwarranted and i proved it by bringing it to a dealership. This branch is a bunch of criminals and do not trust anything that comes out of their mouth. I called to ask how they even determined that the repair would be needed as I felt bad having the dealership have to return the parts etc.. For those that still insist on using this business. If they tell you to get a new ball bearing/hub - ask them how they determined that and I would recommend getting a 2nd opinion. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS Rob at the front-desk is a perpetual liar. He spoke to both me and my wife regarding price multiple times and I even gave him a courtesy call to tell him we really didn't appreciate him wasting our time and multiple phone calls to be given a bunch of lies and quoting the price almost 100% higher the next time. He will tell you he was thinking of different parts etc and I will tell you I showed him the parts, what was expected and he showed me the prices of the parts and what was put into it. We ended up going with a dealership to get it done right, as the price was even cheaper."

"Had a major issue with a tire losing air pressure quickly and it was at 13psi. My car’s dealership couldn’t fit me in and I needed to make a 100+ mile RT the next day. Favian was beyond knowledgeable and professional as well as affable. Got 4 new tires at my request as I knew just replacing one was not the wisest move. Favian got my 4 tires on in just over 2 hours, as promised. All the staff at the Lafayette Road location were friendly and focused on getting their individual jobs done.
