"I went in yesterday afternoon asking them to check my battery due to some start-up issues. The girl I spoke with ran full diagnostics and gave me some options of either charging my current battery then re-running the diagnostics (to then check the starter and alternator) or possibly getting a new battery. I ended up purchasing a new Die Hard silver battery because I didn't want to risk using the old one. They installed it so quickly, but took the time to show me exactly how they were doing it. They ran the diagnostics again after install and everything looked good! Everyone was very kind and helpful! Wish I had caught their names so I could thank the girl and her boss!"

"SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE WITH Advance parts They told me yesterday that they just need my receipt for the replacement of the battery and now they I can with the receipt, they just said oh no we don't that. You have to go to the store that belong to advance part to replace your battery, Iof course you just want to avoid to replace right? I live now in another state and advance part wants me to drive to over there to get my warranty, they didn't expect at all that I have the receipt now they just want to avoid the warranty .
