"This happened over last summer but they messed up my SUV. I was going to Tennessee. Before I left I decided to get an oil and filter change. Top off the fluids. Check the tires. That was all fine. They they upsold me on breaks. I thought it was a good idea before traveling across country. So I'm sitting in the lobby. Hours pass. It's definitely taking way too long for what they are doing but things happen and I give them their time. Now the store is closing. Only now dose someone come out to tell me that when they took my tire off they broke the 4 whleele drive assembly hub. My SUV was older and has all of the 4H and 4L gears. The only place to get a new one is from an old one. So I get a ride home. Keep in mind I was supposed to have left for my trip hours ago. They have my Suv for 3 days before they call me. They could not find a part. As I assumed they wouldn't. They had their mechanic put the one they broke back together. Told me it should be good. I drove home. No issues. But I was only going 30mph . The next day I leave for Tennessee. A week late mind you. I make it to around Boston before I hear the hub start to ratchet out. I limp it back home. I'm right down the street from my house then I hear the hub hit the wheel. Car skids to a stop. I mess with the gears. Get it limping again. Get it home. And it's been sitting there since. Now it is denstined for the crusher. I wish I was smarter and kepted better track of thing's. If I did I would sue jiffylube. And as far as I am concerned this company owes me 1 new SUV. It has boild my blood every single morning walk out of my house. Always keep your recipts. When something is wrong don't try to play it cool. And don't wait 6 months to complain."

"I went for an oil change and needed an inspection. Others told me it would be several weeks for an inspection, Jiffy Lube did it with my oil change and I bought new tires and they put them on the rims and disposed of old tires and replaced my cabin filter. I got an excellent price on the tires and would be happy to go again for service."

"Staff was very friendly had me in and out quickly THANKFULLY!!! The whole place smelled like sewage and I could barely stand to sit in the waiting room. Hope it’s fixed by next time or I won’t be coming back. Definitely not good for staff either!!!!"

"A couple of weeks ago I came in and got an oil change which seemed to go fine. While getting some work done on my tires at another place, I was shown my car up on the lift. They showed me that my oil pan was rusted and leaking oil from the places where the bolts are. They told me that it was the worst oil pan they had ever seen, and that it was very dangerous. They told me that oil was spraying out of the oil pan. I took pictures and when the oil pan is removed I will be saving it to shown what your place saw and did not tell me about and changed my oil knowing I had a bad problem. Very unprofessional! Place is a rip off and I will never go back, but I will be taking them to court."

"Branch refused to take $16 off coupon from Jiffy Lube website clearly listing Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth NH as participating dealer. What I’ve never understood was a $10 coupon will come in the mail but a better discount is offered on website. Franchise or not dealer is first on list that SHOULD accept the coupon."
