"Leaving a review ahead of an extremely rude customer in the bay next to me today. She complained the cost was $10 more than it is with her other car. The service person, God bless him, was as patient as anyone could be in that situation, especially when she started swearing at him. If she leaves a review, please don’t give it any consideration. Personally, I’ve been going to this station for several years and am impressed they’ve kept the same core staff the entire time. In this day and age, it’s impossible to staff any business, and the fact they’ve kept this crew for so long speaks to management and the staff. I’ve always enjoyed my time there and find them all to be friendly and helpful."

"I never go anywhere else for my oil change and maintenance. My schedule makes it hard to do appointments at other mechanics where it can take weeks to get in, I appreciate being able to just pull up here any time, stay in my car, and get out quick. Their prices are higher, but you’re paying extra for the luxury of never needing an appointment and the quick, reliable service. They’ll also never upsell you but will give you a list of recommended services, if they think you need any, with all the prices. They also usually tell you the price before doing anything, which I appreciate. I go to the Valvoline in Epping to get my inspection every year as this location sadly doesn’t do them, but I come here for all my oil changes and they’ve also replaced a rear wiper and charged my AC. The AC charge was expensive at $199, but Valvoline gives customers a lot of coupons so I got 20% off."
