"Read Dan Creedons review I would like to add the sales person that help my wife with buying spa clarifier 7 dollars instead sold her a 30 dollar bottle of chlorine shock for a pool. The only thing they offered was a exchange. I guess they need someone from the state to clarify the actual state law!!! I have been going to them for years for the chemicals for my spa. They are certainly putting themselves out of business, I can certainly go elsewhere as I will recommend to others. Go online and save yourself some money this small business obviously doesn’t need yours"

"We just moved to Massachusetts late last year. Was hard to find a house on the Cape. Market was insane. Wanted a home with a pool for the kids, but were outbid on each that was available. So, the one we purchased had space (land) for one, but sadly no pool. We secured some bids for a pool installation. The first bid was outrageous and that company couldn't even start the job until August! Then we found Swimming Pool & Spa Design. Talked to them in December. They came out quickly and discussed what we wanted and logistics. They said they thought it could be in by July. Well, guess what? My pool is in NOW (completed) and it is May 1st! They handled everything- the stamped concrete, retaining walls, the electrician, a referral through those guys for a much less expensive landscaper. The irrigation has been put in. I have a 16x36 gorgeous pool. Our neighbor stopped by and told us not to expect anything on the Cape to ever happen this fast again. Ha! Apparently our neighbor down the street has been working on their yard and pool project for many months! We are just thrilled with Steve (owner) and his family. They have never let the ball dropped. Always are communicative. Super efficient. Excellent workmanship. (Note: The pool is BRAND new and I haven't started the robot up yet so there is a slight collection of debris in the deep end. Please overlook this. The pool & yard are an incredible transformation of this space. So exciting for the kids and us!)"

"If you want to give your money to a company that doesn’t answer you back, doesn’t do what they say and has horrible quality service, give it to charity it’s not worth going through all the stress of hiring this company. We started our pool project last year nov 2020 and we are now in oct 2021 and it is still not completed. The concrete is already all cracked, the pool has leaked 7 times… they have no idea how to treat the clients and run a business! In my opinion they shouldn’t be in business! I’ve held my disappointment to myself but decided to post here hoping to save a soul from this horrible experience :-("
