"Went to this dealer in November 2022 to look at a pee certified 2020 RDX. With my long commute, my new car wasn’t comfortable and I wanted to upgrade to an Acura so I can be more comfortable. I called this dealer about my now car and told them I would want to see it. Even though they knew I was coming to see the car they didn’t even clean it. The car was filthy and had lots of dents and scratches. I took it on a test drive anyway but when I commented about the dents, scratches and how the car was dirty they assured me the car is pre-certified and would be like a brand new car. My sales person, Rawle pressured me into deciding if I wanted the car because they supposedly had other interested buyers. I wanted to think about it but they were pressuring me and also had my key to my car. I wound up caving in to their pressure but was assured the car had a 6 year, 100k bumper to bumper warranty and as long as I was within the 6/100k I was covered. The car was delivered with barely any scratches and dents addressed and I was assured they would take care of it for me which they did for the most part. I haven’t had the car for even a year yet and I have not had the best experience. I do drive a lot and put on 22k miles, however, I am relocating out of state and considering selling the car. The offer I got from another Acura dealer is ridiculously low and they told me I will need new brakes and tires which wasn’t mentioned to me at all when I had my car serviced last week. I called Key and was told I would need new tires by November which would run me about $1200 or so. I find it ludicrous that I purchased this pre certified car from the dealer and already have to replace the tires, and find out pretty much nothing is covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. Next time I will listen to my gut and if I am feeling pressured then I will walk away. In this case I caved in because I truly believed that this dealer was going to deliver a “like brand new” car. Never again!"
