"So I ended up getting a mess up order from KFC Rochester, End up getting a eight piece combo bucket. Instead they gave me tenders I Called multiple times just to get through to the night shift which the night shift manager answers the phone with music blaring in the background with swearing as I have my kids in the car as we are on Bluetooth. I expressed that I would like to get a number to corporate. They said they don't have that number I asked for the general managers name they wouldn't give me that the gentleman that I spoke to said he was the night shift manager Jose extremely rude. And not at all helpful I told him about my order had the receipt and he told me to call back tomorrow to speak to the daytime manager. This is beyond unacceptable and beyond unprofessional as a customer, paying customer I deserve to have the right to know who the general manager is of a public restaurant, which should be public information if there is an complaint, Jose was beyond the worst experience I've ever had Any fast food Chain that I've ever been to, and because of that, I Will never give my business to this restaurant again, and I will be contacting corporate to let them know that this is the company that they're Franchise is not living up to the standard, that they should be and obligated to be absolutely disgraceful"

"Food is always good. We got 5 breasts in an 8 piece meal. I didn't check what was in the bag, only to discover the tender side order was missing and had to go back. When I got 15 minutes away, I discovered the 4 biscuits were missing but wasn't going back again. Shame on me for not checking in the store, but you expect it would be right. Check your bag!"
