"This was one of the worst experiences... Waited at order window for 5 mins, ok maybe they're training finally give order.. 2 ice coffees and 2 orders of stuffed bagels(which were delicious the first time I tried them) we get to window wait another 5 minutes. 4 people standing around looking a bit oblivious. (Again maybe training??) We finish drive off and we have to immediately turn around because with all that time they forgot one of the orders (which I should of checked prior but we drove off so quick.) My husband goes back in waits a few minutes while 2 employees (one whome had just given us our order) just ignored him. He gets their attention they give him a bag and he leaves. We get home (again.. should of checked but we assumed they had to of gotten it right this time..) and there's only 1 bagel bites in an order there's suppose to be 2. So ya... I'd avoid that one today."
