"Went to drive thru to pick up gift card for Christmas stocking. The young gal at the window was very pleasant and helpful. And what a good sales person she was. I ended up purchasing more than I had planned to! Apologies for not remembering her name (her mother also works there). And I LOVED the peppermint/chocolate mini frosty! Hadn't had a frosty in more than 10 years! I'll stop in again soon for another one before another 10 years!"

"Its a mixture of feelings. The last time we went they forgot the bacon on a baconator and then gave us attitude about it when we brought it to their attention. This time we went everything was perfect, nothing was missing and there was nothing but great service, even from the gentleman who had just clocked it for drive thru."

"I had Wendy's for the first time a week ago and loved it! It's the only fast food I've found that I actually enjoy and I keep going back to try different things. The last couple times they have messed up our order so bad. I tried the chili and my husband says I have to get it with the chili packets but they forgot the packets the last two times. I was also excited to try the baconator tonight but I ordered it without sauce and $18 later sure enough we got no chili packets with the chili and there was sauce on my burger. We won't be back."

"Ordered door dash of a spicy chicken sandwich, everything on it, and ghost pepper cheese fries. I received a delivery a hour later of a plain chicken sandwich, not even a condiment, and a small plain fry. Food was solid after putting it in my air fryer and adding my own sandwich toppings."
