"I love this Dunks. Yes, sometimes they are busy! Sometimes the staff doesn't give you the warmest reception, but I am a regular and they always get my order correct. They usually know what I want. And when they can be fast, they can be fast!!!"

"The lady working the front says to everyone to use the drive thru if they wanted service.i said that I couldn't and she said well I don't know how long it will be before I can help you. So I waited about 10 minutes than I left and when I was going out the door she was there helping a lady who had just walked in. I would never waste my time going to that one ever again"

"Instead of telling me they were out of the swirl I ordered they just skipped it and had me waiting for 15 minutes. Finally someone asked what I was waiting for, went to ask about it and then was told about the out of stock order. At this point they offered something different, which honestly I didn't trust them to make after they'd already wasted so much of my time. So that suggested I go to another of their franchisee's locations, all of which were extremely out of my way. So no refund, and support is closed so I guess I get no coffee today. Great job guys! Support local instead and just go to Bean Me Up or make it at home, because this location is horrible and I would suggest not supporting their other locations owned by the same person."

"25 min drive through experience with no line… After 10+ min of “hold on” placed order — informed there was no egg available. “Regular ice” looks and tastes like water with some coffee added."

"Worst dunkins I've ever been to. Started using the app to avoid having to wait 20+ minutes everyday and 75% of the time they forget your order, make your order and leave it sitting behind the counter, or make the order incorrectly. The biggest issue is they acknowledge their mistakes every single time yet never take any actions to fix them."
