"Very disappointed in this store and their policy. Went in to have TWO BALLOONS blown up and the woman refused. Told me to wait 2 hours. FOR TWO BALLOONS. Claimed she was behind on deliveries. This sounds like a store issue, not a customer issue. Turning away customers in person is awful. No where in the store does it state that balloons should be ordered ahead of time. The woman behind the counter was cold and rude. Perhaps the store should staff more people, limit their order in-take so they can handle their in-person customers, or have someone come in earlier to begin delivery orders before open. I will not be returning. Be better about your time management and accept customers looking for a service that you OFFER."

"This is definitely a one stop shop for all your party items. They have a great collection of latex as well as the helium balloons. I also noticed that a lot of items were not in stock, the racks were empty. When it comes to the pricing, I would say it’s slightly higher than what we find in other stores. Staff is not that helpful, may be they are under staffed. Parking should not be an issue, they have ample space."
