Reviews
"Love their cheese selection, get many staples here. Better quality for less. The rotating aisle of household and seasonal items is a huge temptation."
"Outstanding store. High quality. Competent, knowledgeable, and helpful associates. Great prices. Quality meats and very fresh produce. Household and garden products. Limited selection of furniture. Many items are one-time only so it may not be there next time you shop; somewhat limited selection. Clean store. Bring your own bag or buy their disposable or reusable bags. (Paper bags are 12¢.) Shopping carts require a quarter which is refunded when you return the cart. Plenty of free parking, handicap parking."
"We finally went to see the produce prices people raved about to us and the generic products some complained about. It started poorly with the cart thing, it wouldn't release the cart. We didn't know if we were doing the quarter coin release properly. Customers tried to teach us, but it just turned out that it didn't work. There should be a way to flag a stuck cart. The interior looked like if Trader Joe's and Costco had a baby. German stuff but boring and lifeless. We didn't see a need for it in a city that has low prices at Market Baskets, German things at Trader Joe's, and specialty foods at Whole Foods and Trader Joes, and the dullness at BJ's. We didn't need another foreign-owned grocery chain. Shaw's isn't American-owned, BTW. Market Basket is. We don't see any reason to go back to Aldi again."
"I am a huge aldi fan, just got the pajamas to prove it! I get the spinach artichoke tatziki sauce every time I come here. Every single employee is great at their job and so nice! They have non grocery treasures and I love seeing what they are every week!! I like that the store has a small footprint so you can get in and out fast."
"Wonderful store to shop for some of the groceries needed, but not all. Prices on some items are comparable to other grocery stores in the area and some prices are less expensive. It all depends on what you are looking for."
