"Helpful staff, very courteous. Had evrything I was looking for. They even had popcorn for the customers! Wow! Will be returning here."
"People working were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job I was doing, which is very different from the large chain stores that people go to, you know the ones that hire anybody cause they pay you with no experience with anything."
"They have all sorts of items which is amazing, down side is the cashier is always unhappy and seems put out when you need to be checked out."
"Very helpful staff. Bought my first chainsaw and Dave started it up for me to make sure it was running well, and took the time to show me some usage and maintenance tips."
"I ordered a chainsaw online and went there to pick it up. The pick up experience was good, however when I asked question about the gas-oil mixture to use with the chainsaw, the person helping me was not very knowledgeable. He admitted that he never used his own mix and always used pre-mixed fuel however when questioned about using regular vs premium gas, his answer was 50:1 ratio and when I asked the question again, he didn't seem to know but said "use regular gas". When I read the manual, they recommend 89 octane gas minimum which is close to premium that I use with my leaf blower and using regular gas will cause the piston to overheat and cause engine seizing. I'd expect an authorized dealer to know this information to help customers or just say "I don't know, refer to the manual"."
