"Great place to live. Property Manager is great - he is quick to respond and dealt with any issues that did arise. Some major benefits for us were: walkable to downtown, garage parking available, washer dryer, trash, nice aesthetic to the units, shared spaces were always clean!"

"We were really glad to renew our lease at River Rock Residences. We moved in 12 months ago after spending a couple of years at one of those “ultra-luxury” buildings and our experience at River Rock has been so much better. Not only are the apartments generous in size but the high quality of the cabinetry, the granite countertops, the appliances such as the gas stove, and other finishes make a difference—plus it’s the first apartment we’ve had with a gas fireplace! Never mind the easy trash disposal and the secure garage parking. Not that we use our car every day as the building is located less than a mile from the Salem commuter rail. What really makes River Rock stand out to us is the management. Tom keeps the building well maintained and any time there’s an issue, he takes care of it immediately. Plus, we like the fact that we’ve had the same manager throughout our time here—Tom’s really terrific. At other complexes where we’ve lived, the high staff turnover in the management office caused a lot of problems and confusion. Here, Tom, the manager is on-top of issues and has great follow-up skills. As two professionals with stressful jobs, River Rock has been a perfect fit for us!"

"This was a great first place for us relocating from CT. Tom the property manager was so helpful and always was there when we needed anything. We loved being able to have covered parking and extra storage in the garage, it had a bunch of space and our dog loved the dog park!"

"Did not have a good time applying for the apartments here Not usually one to post reviews But they struck us very heartlessly These guys want you to have excellent credit and will not work with you at all. (Moving from Pittsburgh to salem Ma) Communication dropped after they seen the credit report. (Repairing after my home caught fire) I spoke to Tom and discussed with him how my credit looked and what happened exactly Wasted an application fee of $30 Again They Came off very snobby and heartless Would not waste your time"
