I can't wait to come back this year! I have stayed over 6 times and can't wait to come back! The manager, Zach, is literally THE best! 11/10 hands down my favorite hotel!"

"We are recently back from a trip to Salem celebrating my birthday and Christmas. We chose the Hotel Salem without knowing much about it, but wow, did we choose well. The room was large and comfortable, the location perfect for exploring Salem, the restaurant excellent, and the staff wonderful. And while everyone we met there was great, the Hotel has an extraordinary young man named Zach at the desk. He went out of his way to welcome us, make us feel at home, give recommendations for restaurants and places to explore, and so much more. He even arranged a surprise platter of cookies for my birthday. We had such a great time we are already planning to return in the spring. Kudos for creating an amazing hotel experience!"

"I had my wedding at Misselwood Estate in Beverly on fourth of July weekend, and after much research I decided The Hotel Salem was the perfect spot for my wedding weekend festivities. I worked with Olivia Keefe- the Events and Sales Coordinator and she is amazing. She was both professional and organized. She will knock it out of the park for all your wedding needs. We booked Room Blocks, Suites, Rehearsal lunch, and Welcome Drinks in the Cellar. Everything was sensational. The food, drinks, and service was top-notch. The Location was perfect for all of my out of town guests to stay at. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Salem for your wedding and utilizing their team for any events you may have."

"Stayed in a micro-King during one of the busiest times in Salem. The staff is phenomenal, truly great. The room could be great with a few little upgrades. Since we booked late and I think got their actual last room - the cost was very high. I don't think it's that much normally. Would definitely stay again. It's in the middle of everything you want to do in Salem."
