"We stayed in the Great Room and it more than met our expectations. I truly felt like I was thrown back in time. The house is immaculate and Patrick was very accommodating and easily accessible. The house was in a perfect location, with a very short walk to the city center. I highly recommend the Daniels House Inn: you won’t be disappointed."

The location is perfect and the distance to local attractions are easily walkable from The Daniels House. Beautiful rooms full of history. I would stay here again no questions."

"Absolutely loved! The house was historic and felt like you were going back in time. Our room was neat and clean (cleaner than any hotel we've stayed at) and the ambiance was cozy. We stayed in the Marion suite and had a shared bathroom. It was so pretty! The self check in was easy. The location is small walking distance to museums, shops, restaurants and the house owner Patrick was very welcoming. Definitely will stay here again! P.S. recommend getting the tea set if you're a tea-goer, I loved each of the different teas and sipped on them all night."

"It’s so old and feels like the friendly ghosts of the past are with u in the room. It’s an amazing feeling and an exciting adventure. It’s the best place to stay in Salem it’s classy and unique. Everything has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored and ancient paintings hang on the wall and stare at u nicely. The bed is super comfortable and the linens are professionally cleaned and they smell beautiful. I entered the great room and there was classical music playing softly which I love because I am a violinist and also breakfast is so wonderful it feels like I’ve been transported back in time. And my friend the skeleton sits at the table with guests. Steps from all the action so it was perfect. They just need some form of protein at the continental breakfast…it keeps my body fueled…some yogurt or cottage cheese or egg bites or hard boiled eggs would b amazing."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Daniels house. The keypad to enter the front door was easy to use. Once inside we made our way up the beautiful winding staircase to our room. The room was neat and clean. We had fresh towel, toiletries, and bottled water waiting for us. There was even soft classical music playing inside our room which added such a peaceful touch. The shared bathroom was clean and easy to access as well. We loved that we could explore the home and see all the antique pieces in every room. Although the home would seem to give off a bit of a spooky vibe at night, we slept amazing! The bed, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very convenient. It was set out with an array of fruits, pastries, cereals, and more. Eating at the main dining table felt like you were going back in time. We want to say thank you again to the owners who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Overall we would highly recommend staying at the Daniels house. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Salem!"
