"Great location and owners. Unique experience staying in such an historical structure. Close to everything. Matt and Kelly provided excellent details and their recommendations helped us plan our trip with plenty of time to book desired tours. My sister and I stayed in the Washington room on the second floor with a lot of space and large mirror to get ready. The Inn felt very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room. Highly recommend! Close to everything."

"Just completed a 4 day stay at the Stepping Stone Inn and know we’ll be back again! The inn is a historical Salem home, complete with beautiful creaky wood floors and a welcoming, cozy and comfortable feel. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a gorgeous built-in cedar armoire. Matt was a gracious host and we enjoyed talking with him in the morning, while enjoying one of the smoothest cups of coffee we’ve had in a long time! The inn is perfectly located with everything you would ever want to do in Salem being within easy walking distance. Matt is also a wealth of knowledge about the area and gave us great recommendations. We loved everything about our stay at the inn!"

"This Inn is absolutely charming and super clean! Matt and Kelly helped us navigate Salem. They went out of their way to guide us to an awesome town in Maine called: York. All of Matt's recommendations were spot on. Their help made our anniversary trip perfect! The coffee in the morning was good gourmet coffee! He even provided almond milk for my wife. The house is so cozy and clean! We loved our time at the inn! We will certainly be coming back for a future visit for Lobstah and bee'ya. Good times!"

"This place was awesome! Stayed for a wedding, and the location is super convenient, and everything is within a 5-7 minute walk! The owners were super sweet, and Matt's famous coffee in the morning was delicious! The room and bathroom were spotless and overall a cozy place to stay at! The house itself is a historical marvel, really charming and comforting with some cute kitties. Will definitely come back someday! Thanks for having us!"
