"It was a horrible choice living here. The apartment I lived in was so incredibly neglected, there was mold in the bathroom and bits of food behind every appliance upon moving in. The General Manager, Susan, is someone I would strongly advise avoiding. She maintained a confrontational demeanor for every interaction I had with her. In my last week here I had called Susan to ask a few simple questions regarding moving out. Once again, she maintained a very antagonistic tone throughout the conversation, it was very unprofessional. Very thankful to not be living here anymore. I wish I could give them 0 stars."

"I lived here for 3 years and I had a wonderful experience with the staff. It's a very clean environment including the on site laundry room and gym. All the doors are locked and they have a part time security guard on site, monitoring the buildings and halls. The property manager (Sue) is exceptional at evaluating every tenant and making sure you'll have like minded individuals as roommates. I highly recommend!"

"This Mills of Keene is a great place to live and just a minute walk from campus! This is a great transition between on campus dorms and living on your own for the first time. The staff provides a gym and office which offers snacks, coffee, and soda to their tenants. The leasing managers are extremely in touch with the tenants and get to know you on a personal basis through passing on your way to and from class. On weekend nights there is a security guard who patrols the area to ensure the tenants safety and monitor noise since some tenants are not college students and work full time jobs. If you are looking for an apartment close to campus or downtown Keene I would definitely choose the mills. The general manager cares about her tenants and makes sure that each one is enjoying their time while living here. I would not recommend the mills for family living as they rent by the bedroom which caters best to an individual person or group of friends!"

"Being a former tenant and current employee, I know absolutely every thing about The Mills of Keene. I no longer live in this beautiful student housing complex, but I wish I still did EVERY SINGLE DAY. The rates are so much cheaper than surrounding landlords, the staff is so incredibly helpful and honest with tenants, and the atmosphere feels even more like a community than some of the on campus housing. If you are looking for a way to experience leasing for the first time as a college student, The Mills of Keene are the most experienced at guiding new tenants into their easy leasing process. Seriously, I mean come on, what other apartment building provides free drinks and snacks to their tenants? None."

"Living in the Mills of Keene has been such a good experience. The apartment is very up to date, good sized, and even has a balcony. The people who work in the office are the nicest people you will meet and are always open to help you with any problem you encounter. Also there are free snacks in the office at all times! Great place to live :)"
