"Upon arrival (at 14h), there was no one present at reception, waited for a few minutes until housekeeping was able to get someone from the backroom. Interactions were professional and welcoming. Complimentary 24/7 coffee and tea near reception. Room decor and ambience are modern, but not very clean. Peeling wallpaper, candy wrapper in corner, dirty remote. Good location near a lot of amenities and highway."
"The room was fine… typical Hampton Inn. We showed up late (after 3:30 AM) and the clerk had a key card already made. We were in the room within about three minutes of arriving. My one complaint is breakfast… They had no orange juice any of the three mornings we were there. I can understand one day, but three? The only cereal options (my go-to if the hot food doesn’t suit me) were Raisin Bran and two kids’ cereals… nothing I would touch. They had what appeared to be pre-made stuffed biscuits… sausage, egg and cheese… and western omelets one morning. None of the usual scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, etc. The breakfast potatoes were cold. This morning, they actually had sausage and scrambled eggs… yay! Except, they were cold. We ended up eating elsewhere. It was truly disappointing."
"This place has been extra cozy and accommodating. Staff and breakfast are both great. Chris at the front desk went the extra mile to take good care of us, too. Definitely be my go to spot to stay from here on out."
"I’ve only stayed three nights here on two separate occasions but the experience wasn’t overwhelming. Rooms were mostly clean apart from a huge dark hair in the sink. When traveling for work I require four things of a hotel: a bed, an Internet connection, a treadmill, and breakfast. The breakfast is what stood out here as being underwhelming. The first time I stayed the buffet was hardly stocked, even lacking milk for the cereal. Both mornings I went to the back area because no one was tending the food. Both times there was a young guy leaning against the counter using his phone. All he could offer me was that there was no milk and they didn’t know when there would be. Many other items were out or severely depleted and this was still an hour before breakfast was ending. Most other Hilton brands are good at keeping the food stocked. The second time I stayed there was at the same time as a traveling sports team. At one point I overheard a staff member ask if the breakfast was good and when they agreed she said “Much better than yesterday, then?” So breakfast seems like a struggle for them. That makes a hard sell for me because I need a good breakfast in the morning. See below for pictures of the woefully under stocked buffet an hour before the end of service. No milk, juices out, low pastry inventory, I took the very last mini omelette and gave up waiting for more. Not a great start to the day. This hotel is in a convenient location for me so hopefully they can work on breakfast."
"This hotel is in a great location. The hotel was clean and quite. The service was top notch. Mike greeted us and very welcoming. When we got to the room there was no remote. Calling down to the desk Mike resolved our issue in a timely matter. I will not stay anywhere else when visiting Keene. Mike deserves 5 stars himself!"
