My husband and I stayed in The Ivory Room, surrounded by plentiful windows that benefited from the natural lighting and clever use of converted space. Our experience was quite cozy, and located within walkable distance to the active Main Street. A tip for travelers with heavy baggage, this room is located at the top of a thin stair case."

"Stayed here for the third year in a row and it was great! I somehow managed to trip a breaker that turned off one of the lights and the AC in the room and Josh showed up to fix the issue within 10-15 minutes. I had suggested a few additions in the two years prior and was surprised to see them the following years. The owners really care about the guest experience! The family and I vacation at Lake Spofford every July but we drive up a day or two early so we need somewhere to stay. The Burrell house is a great new tradition that we now look forward too."

"My god was this place as advertised. I anticipated it was going to be nice but I was not prepared to be this impressed. We stayed in the Marble Room. Everything was clean and in great condition. The interior designer deserves some serious kudos. All the details of the room -- the light fixtures, the subway tiles in the w.c., the vintage furniture -- were really well thought out/selected, even down to the retro fridge and microwave. Nothing was overdone, just simple and elegant. It made it fun to just be in the room. The location is extremely convenient, being just off the main square. Checking into the room could not have been easier. The inn will text you the needed door access codes allowing you to settle in whenever you arrive. Just park in the lot tucked away behind the building and you're in business. If you're passing through town for whatever reason, this inn is a fantastic pick. Highly recommend."

"I reserved the Burrell House Inn for myself and my wedding party. The house has been updated with modern amenities but still has a beautiful, historic feel. The rooms are nicely arranged and appear larger in person than in pictures. The location is unbeatable, leaving you just a five-minute walk from Keene's Main Street. Josh and Ditteke are also wonderful hosts. I reached out to them a few times ahead of the weekend to discuss logistics, and they were very helpful each time I spoke to them. They were very responsive the weekend we had our reservation as issues arose. I highly recommend that anyone who is visiting Keene stay at the Burrell House Inn."
